Most of us use screens far too much throughout our daily lives, and often particularly at night. If you find that you do this, you might not even notice that it is affecting your sleep at all, but the truth is that it almost certainly is. The lights from screens inhibit the production of melanin in the brain, which is what regulates the body clock and makes it clear that it is time to sleep. In short, if you look at screens too much, your body won’t know that it is nighttime, and you simply won’t get off to sleep easily enough. So it might help if you make a point of cutting out screen time at night, hopefully even cutting it out altogether. You will find that you get off to sleep much easier and quicker, and even that you sleep more deeply.

Decorate Your Room Better
Another thing which might make it easier to sleep better is if you make a point of decorating your room in a way which is more conducive to sleep. You might not realise that your room is not set up well for your sleep, but if you look into it it can soon become clear that this is the case. There are a lot of ways in which the room might affect your sleep levels, and one of them is that you have a lot of bright colours or other busy decorations going on. If you have that, you will find that it is much harder to get to sleep in the first place, so it is worth trying to strip it back a little and making it all a little simpler if you can. Go Caffeine Free
It is much less surprising to discover that caffeine might have an effect on how well you sleep, but it is something that a lot of people struggle to work on reducing.
