Naturally Glowing Summer Look with Boots

So Love Island is back on, the holidays are on their way and festival season is about to start! Summer is fast approaching and with that in mind, beauty retailer Boots got in touch and asked if I’d like to work on creating a Summer Beauty Look Book with some exciting products from make-up to glitter makeup to fragrance. Of course I said yes, so read on to see what I picked up and how I put together my natural, glowing holiday summertime look!

First up, in summer, it’s all about the tan! I love gradual tanner moisturisers as they are easy to apply and keep your skin soft and smooth. For a natural glow I have loved using Isle of Paradise Self-Tanning Drops; magic tanning drops that you add to your current moisturiser for a natural, sun-kissed glow. For when I want a deeper tan, I usually go for Bondi Sans but I’ve recently tried the St.Tropez Self Tan Classic Bronzing Mousse – it leaves a lovely, natural looking tan without streaks.

For as long as I can remember, I have been in love with Jean Paul Gaultier scents, and I’m so excited to spend the summer months wearing Scandal. During the day, it’s a delicious fresh honey with the wonderful scent of gardenia and blood orange. At night, it’s a sensual and scandalous honey combined with patchouli – perfect for those days that never end! It’s honestly so lovely, and the quality of Jean Paul Gaultier perfumes mean they last for hours.

When I have a tan I love to use Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup in 3N1 Ivory Beige. It includes SPF10 so offers protection from the sun and stays on ALL DAY. For this look, I’ve added a sweep of e.l.f. Bronzer in Warm to give my skin a subtle glow. For eyes, I have been experimenting with the e.l.f. Rose Gold Eyeshadow Palette and lining my eyes with Rimmel’s Scandal Waterproof Liner Black to make them stand out.

To help with longevity I spray my face with Barry M Flawless Mist & Fix Makeup Setting Spray in Dewy that finishes off the glowing look! What do you like to wear in the summer months?
